Return Policy

 

Returns:

Kat Dog Fashions ultimate goal is to make sure that your pet is extremely happy with their order! We will accept all returns 30 days from date of purchase as long as the item meets the following criteria:

* The merchandise must be in excellent condition and have all tags still attached to the item(s).

* Merchandise must be clean and contain absolutely NO pet hair or any signs of wear or stains.

Please Note: Costume returns are only eligible for store credit, and are not accepted after Oct 15th.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt that shows proof of purchase. If you have misplaced your receipt, please contact us at contact@katdogfashions.com or call 605-836-7211 as we can email it to you. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before making your return as we are pawsitively happy to help!

 

  

International Orders:

Kat Dog Fashions will not be able to refund payment on any international orders for which the customer has refused delivery, unless the customer pays for return shipment.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

If you haven't received a refund with the 5-7 business days of approval, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:

Kat Dog Fashions does not offer product exchanges due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and also we want to ensure items are still currently in stock. Instead, please send your items back to Kat Dog Fashions and then place a brand new order for the item(s) you want as a replacement. Your form of pay will be credited back to you or you can get a store credit as well to purchase a new item.

 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she\he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
